We spent 5 years operating on a Forest Service temporary one-year permits working to get the current 20 year permit in place

and upgraded the fuel system spring 2006.  

Now, for health reasons, we must sell.

We recently were approved for a Motorboat Colorado grant. The project includes a new fuel dock, a new courtesy dock, parking improvements and some handicap-accessible improvements.  Buyer will have to sign a 3rd party contract with the DOW for the added improvements.  We will stay on as partners or consultants to complete the project.
